Community Guidelines

TOGGL3 is an adult gaming community. Mature games, strong language, and grown-up conversation are normal here — that's the point. These Guidelines exist to draw the line between “adult community” and content that isn't allowed at all, and to explain what happens when that line is crossed.

1. Sexually explicit content and nudity are prohibited — always

TOGGL3 does not host sexually explicit (X-rated) content or nudity, on any stream, recording, clip, chat message, profile, emote, guild page, or channel asset. This is a content rule, not an age gate: TOGGL3 does not run age verification and there is no “18+ mode” that unlocks explicit content. Nothing on the platform is exempt from this rule, regardless of the game being played, the audience, or how the content is labeled.

This includes sexualized content involving minors or that appears to depict a minor, which is treated as the most serious category of violation TOGGL3 has (Section 6) and is reported to the appropriate authorities where legally required, independent of any report we receive.

Nonconsensual intimate imagery — real or digitally altered/AI-generated — is separately prohibited and has its own statutory removal process open to anyone, including people without a TOGGL3 account: see requesting removal of an intimate image.

2. Harassment, hate, and threats

You may not use TOGGL3 to:

Strong opinions, trash talk, and competitive rivalry are part of gaming culture and are not by themselves harassment. Targeting a specific person with sustained hostility is.

3. Spam and platform manipulation

You may not:

4. Impersonation

Handles, channel names, display names, and channel artwork may not impersonate another person, creator, guild, or organization, or otherwise mislead people about who is behind an account or channel. Parody and commentary accounts are fine when it's clear they're not the real thing.

5. Illegal content and activity

You may not use TOGGL3 for content or conduct that is illegal, including:

Real-world graphic violence or gore intended to shock rather than to document or discuss newsworthy events is also prohibited. This is separate from in-game violence in the games our creators play, which is expected on a gaming platform.

6. Zero tolerance: child sexual exploitation

TOGGL3 has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and any sexual exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of a minor. This applies regardless of context, labeling, or claimed age of participants. Violations result in an immediate permanent ban and, where legally required, a report to the appropriate authority — independent of, and in addition to, any other enforcement action.

7. Self-harm content

Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for suicide or self-harm is not allowed. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line or emergency services — TOGGL3's moderation team is not a substitute for professional help. We may remove content, restrict a stream, or take other protective action where reasonably necessary to protect someone's safety.

8. Copyright and intellectual property

Don't upload, stream, or distribute content you don't have the rights to use. Copyright holders can submit a takedown notice, and creators can respond with a counter-notice, through our Copyright Policy, which is open to anyone — no TOGGL3 account required to file a notice. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are subject to termination.

9. Channel-specific rules and moderation

Creators and the moderators they appoint may set additional rules for their own channel and chat (for example, topic restrictions or a stricter language policy) and enforce them with channel-level actions such as chat timeouts and channel bans. Channel rules can be stricter than these Guidelines but can never permit something these Guidelines prohibit.

A channel ban applies to all participation scoped to that channel — not just chat. It also blocks poll and prediction votes, hype-train contributions, and channel-points redemptions on that channel until the ban is lifted.

10. Enforcement

We enforce these Guidelines and the Terms of Service using a range of actions scaled to the severity and pattern of the violation. From least to most severe:

We don't always start at the bottom of this ladder. Severe violations — child sexual exploitation chief among them — can result in an immediate permanent ban with no prior warning. Enforcement action may be taken without advance notice where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

If you believe an enforcement action was taken against you in error, you can review your account's enforcement history and, where an action is eligible for appeal, submit one from Settings → Account Standing. Some actions — including those compelled by law or that would compromise an active safety or fraud investigation — are not appealable.

11. How to report something

Reporting content or behavior that violates these Guidelines is open to everyone on TOGGL3, including anonymous viewers who don't have an account — reporting is a safety affordance, not a participation feature, and it has never required a subscription or sign-in. Use the report control on the stream, chat message, profile, or content you're reporting. To limit abuse, anonymous reports are rate-limited by source; this does not stop reports from being accepted, only from being spammed.

Filing a report doesn't guarantee a specific enforcement outcome, but every report we receive is reviewed. Two situations have their own dedicated, account-free processes because the law requires it: nonconsensual intimate imagery (see intimate-image removal) and copyright (see Copyright Policy).

You can also block or mute another user so you don't see their content or messages. Blocking is account-scoped state, so it requires being signed in, but it never requires a paid Membership.
